The foundation of my business is based on residential property.  That being said, I have built my walls on land & investment property.  I am working on the roof, which is commercial property.

We were recently able to find and purchase a beautiful home in Vail, AZ thanks to his expertise and diligence. Living and working full time in California didn't make house hunting in Arizona an easy task! Over a long weekend in Tucson, Kent worked with us to look at houses that fit our budget and needs. His knowledge of the different areas of Tucson is formidable. When we didn't see a house we liked one day, he had a long list of others the next. After bidding on one house and not getting it, we started looking on the internet again back in California.

I found a perfect house and called Kent. He immediately videoed the house inside and out complete with commentary and posted it on YouTube for us to look at. Several dozen photos were emailed to us.
