EZ FHA Loan Limit Site--Look Up Your Area!

Everyone is buzzing about the new FHA Conforming Mortgage Limits (even though we have yet to see if lenders will comply).

The limit in Tucson (Pima County) has been raised to $316,000, while Phoenix (Maricopa) is now $346,000.  HUD has done something nice in providing a site where you can just plug in your state & county or MSA and see what the revised limits are:  FHA Mortgage Limits

Don't know what this will do for the Tucson real estate market, but it can't hurt now, can it?

Thanks for the link the Tampa St Pete area only got a small FHA increase to $292,500 I do not understand this. This area as an avg value higher than most of Florida and the surrounding counties. Our Beaches are valued at $750k while the intercostal communities are at 600k and other golf communities are in the 60k range. Any input???? Can we break it down to zip codes????
