Phoenix - March 31, 2008
As a result of an analysis of current stategovernment policies and procedures, a constitutional review board has recommended that the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) be shut down and all real estate activity be suspended, pending a review of the department's legality under strict constitutional law by the Arizona Supreme Court.
Dr. Loof Lirpa, a law professor at University of Middle Arizona, who heads Governor Napolitano's Special Inquiries Committee issued this statement: "Until further notice, or the expiration of the governor's milk in the refrigerator, we strongly recommend that all contracts, clauses, addendums and closings be examined carefully today. After all, it is April Fool's and you can't be sure of anyone's purity of motive today."
Made ya think for a moment, huh? Happy April 1, everyone!

Hah, hope Gov. Napolitano has a sense of humor too--thanks for stopping by Don.
Kent, VERY funny.........I was unable to believe what I was reading. First Active Rain's post about removing all points and now this.............;-)
So. If I read this on a day other than April 1, does it make it true?
Only if you choose to believe it, Chuck...call the commish and see whether he's at the office today.
