Never, Ever Thought I'd See This Again!

This morning, on my way to meet a client from out of town, I saw something incredible!

I thought I'd never, ever see this again...wondering if perhaps I was seeing somebody's mistake or cruel joke instead...

During a delightful day of showing my client some of the finest horse properties in their price range that the Tucson Real Estate Market has to offer, I saw the same thing in 2 other places!

"It can't be," my mind spoke, "things have been topsy-turvy lately...but not to this extent!"

Wanna see what I saw?

Here it is...

...careful now...

Oh the joys of putting in about 20 gallons...and having enough change to avoid the "Dollar Menu" at Mickey D's!
Better enjoy it while it lasts!

NJ is 2.71.  Haven't filled up in over 2 days.  Keep thinking something's wrong!  Actually had 20.00 in my pocket for a few days and haven't had to tap into the atm in a few days!  Do you believe, a  few weeks ago, I had a client of mine insist on driving me, so I wouldn't have to put out gas money!  What a great business this is!

We are in the 3.35 range, but still a BIG relief from over 4.00.... I am usually only adding 20.00 or so each time because it keeps going lower.

That's it!  I am driving to Arizona to fill up my gas tank.  ;)

In my area  it is around $3.24 or more...

For giggles I bought a Geo Metro Convertible this summer, I suppose I should sell it now.

Kent,

3 years ago if someone told you that you would be happy seeing $2.99 a gallon and be happy about it, would you believe it? And if 3 years ago you would suddenlly have to pay $2.99 a gallon, you would've gotten angry as hell.

Funny, it is the same $2.99, but they make us feel happy today and they could have cause us anguish 3 years ago...

$2.99 gas, and yesterday I saw a home come on market priced at $17 per foot.

Who says the economy is bad? It's ON SALE!

kent, I wish that we could see under $3 per gallon, we're still over that.  I am glad to see fuel prices coming down.

OMG, Kent.  It's a beautiful thing.  We haven't seen that yet in Southern Maine but I can't wait.

I am leary of why all of a sudden gas is going down. I will fill my tanks and hope for the best. Regardless of how long it lasts it is nice to be under 3.00

I saw $2.77 a gallon yesterday here in Akron, Ohio! I will be happy when it gets back down below $2. Oh, for the good ole days!

Kent, I saw $2.98 a gallon the other day and was pleasantly surprised to see that.
